You are not resting - you are soaking up tons of beauty, inspiration and energy for future work! At the very least, you should create a Shutterfly or Blurb book of your trip along with any writing. I did this for our trip to China and am so glad I collected everything in one place. I've also done altered storybooks on brief family vacations and those are fun too. My daughter now wants me to make a book about the day we became a family. The project ideas are endless!
