My back is doing better though, better enough to get some crafts done this week. I got some new stamps from Stampington to work with. That always gives me energy! So I made some ATC notebooks like these to give away to a few of my followers in the month of May:
I sent notebooks similar to these to last weeks winners (Tara and Tina I mailed them yesterday).
This week winners, chosen at random, are Louise Gale and Over Yonder. They will receive one of these each. Congratulations! Let's talk over email so I can get your address.
I will be doing this again next week.If you want to be a part of this giveaway simply sign up as a follower the blog.
I wish you all a Happy Mother's Day.

To Trudy Callan - I am so sorry for the loss of your mother in law.
May she rest in the peace of her Lord's arms.
Having to have an MRI sounds serious. Hopefully the docs will be able to fill in you in a course of treatment that will have you pain free soon. Have a great weekend.

after 2 back surgery's i can truthfully say they didn't work. be careful, i had 3 ruptured disc. do try other alternatives to help before the surgery unless they can give you clear reasons why not to. i will send my positive thougths your way and wish for a fast healthy back. it does happen. i am almost pain free now after acupuncture and yoga. 2 years and counting!
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to hear about your back problems, I pray that the right course of treatment will relieve your pain. Happy Mother's Day to you Shona!
